Set the people analytics vision and strategy for a 55,000-person organization, repositioning the function as a business analytics discipline that connected workforce signals directly to enterprise outcomes. Advised C-suite and senior HR leaders on prescriptive analytics — flight risk scenarios, cost-of-attrition modeling, and succession exposure assessments — translating complex data into actionable decision options with explicit tradeoffs and estimated ROI. Championed the shift from role-based succession to skills-based capability forecasting across ~250 key leadership roles. Built and scaled a multi-disciplinary team from 3 to 10 (90% engagement vs. 80% company average), guiding the adoption of responsible AI and generative AI tools that reduced engagement signal lag from 3–6 months to real-time continuous listening.
